Stockholm, Sweden: Thursday, 12th June 2025: ahead of tonight’s first of 2 sold out Iron Maiden shows at 3Arena in Stockholm, Maiden Brews Ltd and Nils Oscar Brewery announce the launch of “Trooper Prophecy”, a new super crisp and smooth Nordic lager and the 4th beer produced by this partnership since 2022.

Trooper Prophecy is a 4.7% ABV Nordic Lager, created by Iron Maiden and proudly crafted by Nils Oscar brewery in Sweden. The beer has a mild hop bitterness and very pleasant lime notes in the aroma. It is dry-hopped with Motueka, Citra, Styrian Dragon, and Styrian Golding Celeia.

The unique artwork, which appears with typically high impact on Trooper Prophecy’s can labels and packaging, features Eddie with crystal ball from the backdrop to the classic Iron Maiden song, The Clairvoyant, from the band’s 1988 chart topping album, Seventh Son of a Seventh Son, and now part of their huge 50th anniversary stadium tour production.

As with all other Trooper beers, Bruce Dickinson, lead vocalist and front man of Iron Maiden and a master brewer himself, has been fully involved in selecting the style, recipe and flavour profile of the beer:

Andrés Furukawa, Brewmaster at Nils Oscar who has worked closely with Bruce to create the Trooper Swedish beers, said: “We are very proud of our Trooper partnership and of the four beers we have now crafted with Bruce since 2022. In February this year, Iron Maiden and Nils Oscar also launched Revelations I, a 5.2% ABV pale ale that was crafted exclusively for The Bishops Arms, a chain of quality pubs and hotels operating throughout Sweden and the first beer in what will be a seasonal programme of new beers to be launched exclusively with The Bishops Arms.

All 4 of the Trooper/Nils Oscar beers will be available at “2 Minutes to Midday”, a pre-show event being held today at Debaser in Stockholm (11.58 until 16.00), at Strawberry Globe Hotel and Tolv (12.00 until showtime, then after the show until 3.00am).
